The 30-Day Guarantee
Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Read it. Try it. If it is not what you needed, you get every penny back. No questions asked. No explanation required. No forms to fill out.
The guarantee runs 30 days from your purchase date. If you are within that window and you want a refund, you will get one.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to mark@fortyyearstwice.com with the following:

Subject line: REFUND followed by your order number (for example: REFUND 1234)
- 2.
The email address you used when you checked out
That is all. You do not need to justify the request or explain why you want a refund.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation when it is done.
If you have not received a confirmation within 7 business days, send another email and I will follow up directly. Emails get missed. I do not ignore refund requests.
Where Does the Refund Go?
Refunds are returned to the original payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days to appear in your account after we process it.
