Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products and content from Forty Years Twice, operated by Mark as a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

What You Are Purchasing

You are purchasing a digital PDF report. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout containing the product files as attachments. This is a digital product. There is no physical delivery. The email will be delivered within a few minutes of purchase completion; if you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us at mark@fortyyearstwice.com.

Digital Product License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use this report for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the report or any portion of it with others, in any format, without prior written permission from the author.
